Terms of Service

Last updated August 31, 2026

These Terms govern your use of SnapDub (the "Service") at snapdub.ai, operated by Aheront Ltd ("we", "us", "SnapDub"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What SnapDub does

SnapDub turns long-form videos into short, vertical (9:16) clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Depending on the options you select, the Service may: ingest a video you upload or a video URL (e.g. YouTube) you provide; transcribe the audio; detect clip-worthy moments; translate captions and speech; generate an AI voice-over ("dubbing"), optionally cloned from a reference voice; optionally apply lip-sync; and burn in captions before exporting. AI output is produced automatically and may contain errors.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 16). You're responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Your content & the rights you must hold

You retain ownership of the videos, audio, and reference voice samples you submit ("Your Content") and of the clips SnapDub generates from them. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service and deliver your results.

You represent and warrant that:

SnapDub is a processing tool: we do not pre-screen, verify, moderate, or claim ownership of Your Content, and we cannot know whether you hold the rights to a video you upload or supply by URL. You alone are responsible for Your Content. We are not responsible or liable for content you process that you do not have the rights to - including stolen, pirated, ripped, downloaded, or otherwise infringing material. You agree to indemnify and hold SnapDub harmless from any third-party claim, demand, or loss (including legal fees) arising out of Your Content or your use of the Service.

4. Acceptable use

These limits apply to everything you upload, supply by URL, or generate - including AI voice-overs and lip-sync. We may refuse, remove, or report content that breaks these rules and suspend the accounts responsible.

We may suspend or remove content and accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI output & publishing responsibility

Transcription, translation, dubbing, and lip-sync are generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, mistranslated, or unnatural. You are responsible for reviewing every clip before you publish or distribute it, and for complying with the rules of the platforms you post to.

6. Credits, plans & billing

Processing is metered in credits. New accounts receive a one-time free credit grant so you can try the Service without a payment method; to deter abuse this grant is limited to one per person/household. Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Business) are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe, and grant a recurring credit allotment. You provide a payment method only when you choose to subscribe or buy a credit top-up, and you can switch or cancel your plan at any time.

7. Connected accounts & direct publishing (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)

From Settings you may optionally connect a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube (Google) account so SnapDub can send a rendered clip to it on your behalf, using that platform's official API. Connecting is your choice, requires your explicit authorisation on the platform's own consent screen, and you can disconnect at any time - see our Privacy Policy for exactly what each platform shares with us and how we use it.

8. Third-party clipping campaigns

SnapDub may let you discover and produce clips for third-party "clipping campaigns" (e.g. via Whop Content Rewards, contentrewards.com, vyro.com, or similar marketplaces) where a brand pays creators based on the views their posts generate. SnapDub does not operate, endorse, or guarantee any third-party clipping campaign or payout. Campaign eligibility, submission approval, view verification, and payment are determined entirely by the campaign provider, not by SnapDub. We surface campaign details fetched from the provider's own public page and help you produce a matching clip; we are not a party to the campaign and never handle its payout. Any dispute about a campaign, its terms, or its payment is between you and the campaign provider.

9. Demo links

We may publish a read-only public "demo" of a clip at a shareable link. Public demos are automatically deleted after 14 days.

10. Service availability & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular quality or accuracy of AI output.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapDub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we may delete Your Content and generated clips.

13. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
