Most software affiliate programs ask you to sell something your followers have to be talked into. This one does not. Anybody posting short video is already spending their evenings cutting long footage into clips, and they already know it is the worst part of the job.

Your own clips are the best material, since they were made with the product. There is nothing to disclose beyond the usual affiliate disclosure your platform requires.
The commission on that customer ends; anybody new you refer starts their own twelve months. We would rather set a term we can honour than a lifetime rate we might have to revisit.
