Step by step

How to clip a Whop campaign, start to finish

A working setup, from pasting the campaign link to posting the clips. Once it is built, every following video is three steps instead of thirty.

SnapDub is not affiliated with Whop.

Prerequisites

Before you start

You need a campaign you have already found and been accepted to, and source material you are allowed to clip - usually supplied or specified by the campaign itself.

SnapDub does not find campaigns, approve you for one, or handle payouts. It is the production half.

The setup

Steps 1 to 3 - once per campaign

  1. Save the campaign from its link

Paste the campaign's listing URL into SnapDub. It reads that page and fills in the brand name, the rate per thousand views, the payout cap, the allowed platforms and a requirements summary, and shows the listing's own image on the campaign card so you can tell campaigns apart at a glance. Check what came back before saving - campaign pages are all laid out differently, so it occasionally misses a field. Keep the provider's own page as the source of truth for terms.

Whatever has to appear on frame, you add yourself once, as an asset in your template - the image on a listing page is a thumbnail, not a brand kit, and it is not what you want burned into a submission.

  2. Build the campaign's template

This is the step that pays for itself. Create a template holding everything the campaign requires: crop (Auto to track the speaker, or a fixed crop if the campaign wants one), captions on with a preset and width or your own uploaded font, the title overlay burned in or off and positioned, the brand kit logo in place of the default mark, and clip length and count matched to what the campaign accepts. Save it under the campaign's name.

  3. Load the brand assets

Whatever has to appear on frame - the campaign logo that came in with the brief, a handle, a border, a call to action - goes into the asset library once. Place and scale each one on the clip, then attach them to the template so they land identically on every clip it generates.

The loop

Steps 4 to 7 - once per video

  1. Add your source video

Upload the file, or paste a link. YouTube, Twitch and Zoom URLs are fetched by SnapDub, so you do not download and re-upload. If you have used a source before, reuse it rather than uploading it twice.

  2. Generate the batch

Pick your campaign template on the configure step and generate. SnapDub works through the whole source using the transcript and a vision pass over the frames, then renders the clips vertically with your captions, font, logo and assets already applied. Three ways to cut it: best moments with a count you set, sequential numbered parts when a campaign wants a series, or auto for one clip per topic at whatever length it needs.

  3. Review, and fix the few that need it

Watch the batch. Most clips will be ready; a few will not. For those, open the editor and move the start or end, retype a caption the transcript got wrong, change the crop, nudge an asset, or turn the title off. Check each one against the requirements you saved in step 1 before it goes out - approval is the provider's call, and a clip that misses a stated requirement is the easiest way to lose one.

  4. Post and record the submission

Download the clips, or connect TikTok, Instagram or YouTube and publish from SnapDub with the generated description and hashtags. Then record the clip against the campaign with its live URL, so you can see what you submitted and what it is doing. Those are your own notes; views verification and payout stay with the provider.

Why it gets faster

Doing it again for the next video

Steps 1 to 3 happen once per campaign. Every video after that is: add the source, pick the template, generate, review, post. That is the difference the template makes - the setup cost is paid once, not per clip.

One setup, every clip

Pick the template on the configure step and the whole batch inherits it - not one clip, all of them.

Your fonts and assets, baked in

Upload a font and pin your overlays once. They land in the same spot on every render, automatically.

It keeps running without you

Point it at your YouTube or Twitch channel and new uploads get clipped to that same template on their own.

Going further

Drop step 4 as well

If the campaign runs off one creator's channel, you can stop adding sources by hand. Connect that YouTube or Twitch channel once and SnapDub picks up new uploads itself and clips them against your campaign template, leaving a batch waiting for review.

Each channel carries its own daily video limit and daily credit budget, so an unusually busy week cannot spend more than you intended. Shorts are skipped automatically, so only real long-form source material gets pulled in.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is this an official Whop tool?

No. SnapDub has no affiliation with Whop and no integration with it. SnapDub reads public listing pages from any marketplace.

Does SnapDub submit clips to the campaign for me?

No. It produces the clips and can publish them to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. Submitting to a campaign happens on the provider's platform.

How do I keep every clip on-brand for the campaign?

Put the branding in the template rather than in each clip. Logo, captions, font and pinned assets are applied at generation time, so the batch comes out consistent instead of being corrected afterwards.

Can I run several campaigns at once?

Yes. Keep one template per campaign and pick the right one when you generate.

What if the campaign changes its requirements?

Update the template once and future batches follow it. Clips already rendered keep the old settings unless you re-render them.

Do I need a paid plan?

You can start with 500 free credits. Free clips carry a small SnapDub mark, which is worth removing before submitting if the campaign restricts third-party branding.
