Nobody can answer that for you, and any page that names a winner is guessing. Rates are set per campaign, not per marketplace, and the same marketplace hosts campaigns that pay very differently. Compare the briefs you can actually join, not the brand names.
Per view rewards reach and volume, so it suits somebody who can produce a lot of clips from a lot of sources. Per sale rewards fit between the clip and the buyer, so it suits somebody who understands the product and can pick the right moments. Neither is better in general.
Often yes, and on a campaign that aggregates views it is the main way earnings grow. Upload the clean master you exported rather than pulling your own post back out of one app to push into another.
Some marketplaces state plainly that you do not. Others run application-based or invite-based campaigns. It is stated on the campaign, not on the marketplace.
